Fall Is Here

Not much is going on around here. The farmers are out harvesting, tilling basically getting the fields ready for winter. As far as world events I think we all have had enough BS to last not only for my life time, but that of my 5 yr old grandson too.

Speaking of grandson, my kids finally stopped thought a while, and figured out how old they will be when Sam graduates high school. The look on their faces priceless. I know I will be over several hills and still be around.

Well, thats about it. Funny when you don't cover world events, there is nothing to talk about. I will post nothing about anything again by weeks end.

Stay Warm.

I had a similar post today - about nothing in particular, and I can say it is a nice change from the high drama that surrounds us. Sometimes it is nice to just shut the door on the world. :)

Family, weather, wildlife and hobbies are always good alternatives.

Shut the door? Its more like barricade the house. I find that we watch less and less local news. No Fox & Friends morning news, and I just scan the Fox News web page.

My oldest son and I talked tonight on how life has changed. We talked about sports and how folks would go to games to escape reality, but when players start making a statement folks just stop going to games.
