Still Kicking

Short and Sweet. Still fighting the fight. Took a break, tired of false news, false hope, and the crying LEFT.

Life is good, family is great. Minnesota is nice and green. Trying some gardening. Starting out small. Flowers, tomatoes and bell peppers.

Still doing CAP, youngest came back to Squadron, after time away. Oldest son joined now too. 3 from the same family. My oldest walked in, I said I brought my mini me. My Friend said Oh My God He is...LOL

Stay Safe Everyone. I'll try and make the rounds this week.

Amen! :-) Glad all is going well for you and the family. Grow some beans - bush beans you can plant in pots (or ground, obviously)... pole beans, grow on a trellis. They are pretty when the bloom, too. You can get a lot of plants in a small plot. Good protein source.

Good to hear from you! Take care and be well! :-)

Mike I wasn't sure if I was going to post any more. I like to keep a low profile. Which is easy and hard at the same time.

Glad you are back! You forgot to mention ice on the lakes. It is gone here and we have have hit 89F once, but 36 and 34F for lows last two nights....BRRRRR Redder

Redder, our ice has been gone since end of March. The farmers have corn in the ground and its starting to grow. I had to cut our grass three times already. Dandelions are running wild. We had very little snow, but we have had a wet spell. The lakes are up, and rivers are too. Its cool today and tomorrow 40's. We had our air on, and now back to the heaters. Just waiting for the state bird to strike next.

The ticks are thick as ants on an anthill and your state bird (and ours) is alive and well....Redder
