Enjoy time off if your not working. Today is the last day of the MN State Fair. Oh darn we didn't go again this year either. I was asked why we don't go. Well after living in Orlando for 6 years and having spent many times going to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, I don't like going to places with large crowds. Another reason we live in a small town.
All MN schools reopen tomorrow. I can hear the cheers of the parents, (free day care from 8 am to 3 pm. And the terrorizing screams of NOOOOO from all the kids. My grandson Sam starts on Thursday. They give the little ones a couple of extra days off.
Well that about wraps up this post. We continue to pray for friends and family living on the East Coast in the hurricanes path. CAP has been put on alert status to help any way they can. Flight crews are going to be busy with over flights taking photos of the damage for the government. MN Wing is also on stand by should we need to send air crews down to affected ares to help with any flying. The Southeast Region air crews will time out quickly with all the flying that will be on going.
