I'm running on 5 hrs sleep, maybe a nap later, but I have a better chance in winning the Lotto. Hannah has an appointment at 9 am to get her hair done for tonight's coronation. Free as the stylists is a sponsor. Luncheon at 1130, finial interview at ?? escapes me, Banquet at 530 ?? Then coronation starts at 800pm. I get to escort my daughter on stage, (for the whole town to see..yippy) The whole thing takes hour and a half. NO STRESS FOR THE FAMILY the last few weeks. Hannah will be Miss Cokato, one of two princesses, or nothing. I don't know why people go threw all the stress.
The cannery here in town is getting ready to start packing corn today or tomorrow. A sign of a good economy around here three bossiness have added on to their buildings. a auto repair shop, and machine shop, and a welding business. Local dentist is building a new building, a closed restaurant reopened under new owners. The local chicken farm is building a another plant to process eggs. They will double in size from 1.5 million egg laying hens to 3 million, and have land to double that. They are also getting a feed mill addition too.
Our farmers have harvested their wheat, now waiting for corn and soy. Still at lest month and a half I think. Summers winding down. State fair starts soon, School starts here Sept 6th, Hannah is a senior this year. Oh so much fun.
Stay Safe.....Rob

Wishing Hannah good luck this evening. I'm sure it is a very proud papa who will escort her on stage. No matter the outcome, this is a time she will remember...especially having the love and support of her family. Enjoy the moment. Our kids grow up way too fast.
I wonder if the smaller towns are doing better than the cities. Sounds like yours is. Expanding businesses mean more jobs and that is always a good thing.
Vicki beat me to it - good luck!
After 7 years in CA before I married and 6 years in Florida, with the family. I couldn't live in the city any more. Cities are always changing small town not so much.
Ill be happy when all of this, (today) is done. Thanks for the kind words. She has made friends that will last for several years or a life time.
Thanks Padre.
