As we sit down with family, friends, and those that we must , (for the good of the family) Lets Us give thanks, that we will have a new President, and we have seen the bright light at the end of the long dark tunnel. We also give thanks for the men and women of our military who have served through the last 8 long years of bad leadership from our CIC, to those men and women who put their lives on the line each and every day as law enforcement and first responders.
I am thank full for my blogger friends who provide wisdom, and the much needed at times, swift kick in the ASSets when we think about giving up. To our God, who also gives us wisdom and help guide us through difficult times. For family close to home and far away (FLA) when they reach out for advice, and keeping me from losing what little peace of mind I have left...big grin.
Thank full for the home that we have, be it small, the food on the shelves, and deep freeze. The Drs who keep us healthy, and give us the meds we need to stay in the fight. Our 25 lb turkey is thawing out the his roasting today, and the bountiful food we shall eat.
If you are traveling stay safe, and remember their are those out there who what to harm us both foreign and domestic.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well.. Not sure how bright that light of the end of the tunnel will be , not happy with his pick for education secretary, was hoping for an end to common core, but he picks a person who was applauded by Jeb and if he is happy with the pick that can't be good for us anti common core parents.
But, anything is better then Hillary so I am smiling today
