Talked to a lady who winters in Florida. She said the locals were freezing at 30 degrees, but back home in Minnesota, that was shorts and flip flop weather. :)
I don't care what you say, here in Florida 40 is cold! By the end of this weekend it's going to be in the low 30's. Time to pick the rest of the peppers from my garden! :-)
You should have seen the looks I got working at Disney Studios walking into freezers with no coat on..Priceless. People I just moved from MN the day we moved it was -25 with out wind chill

That's a fairly accurate portrayal of Alaska, as well. You'd feel right at home, up here.

At 80 degrees people in Minn drop dead from heat stroke. People in Floride close the windows and turn on the AC
Well its not that bad. we do have A/C in MN. Winter's bitter cold is because we forgot to shut it off.
