I have moved to Los Angles in the 1970's, Orlando in 2007 But we always come back to MN. So we are crazy...

A friend up in Manitoba says they've got a windchill of -45. You guys can keep it. It's bad enough when it gets below zero here in WV.

Yep it a rough one.
A couple of years in Eastern California it got -30F. I spent my days chopping ice in 500 gal stock troughs those years. Not a happy place. Hang in there.
You have to see the light at the end of the tunnel. BASEBALL SPRING TRAINING starts in like 2 or 3 weeks. First games are Feb 21st. Which means teams show up a week to week and a half before
With those kind of temperatures you certainly don't want to go to the store or drive anywhere for fear the car stops running and you have to walk to get home.
Just about every store closed by 7 pm. My daughter car broke down, and my second oldest was having issues getting his to start.
This am I realized that today was trash pick up. Bin is up by the house. My reply there is next week...Pick up was cancelled any way.
