Passing Of A Legand

We are heartbroken to learn that Lt Col Richard "Dick" Cole, the last surviving Doolittle Raider, and long-time B-25 and C-47 pilot, has passed away. Dick was a hero, friend, and CAF member and he will be missed by all who knew him. Our hearts go out to his family and friends.

Just last summer I got a chance to see Mr Cole at a air show here in Minneapolis. I didn't talk to him, but just to be about 25 feet away gave me goose bumps.  Thank you Dick Cole for risking you life and to the others who help save the world and keep America Free
