Awww, Rob. I'm sorry. But you are truly blessed with your family, not being in FL and you have an awesome little grandson! And you have some good friends here (think kymber! She makes everyone smile!) - we may be long distance but we love ya, buddy.
Soon the summer heat will back off some and you'll get back outdoors a bit. Sunshine and fresh air is good for you, too. Do like PP says :-) You'll feel better.
I have no feelings of guilt at all. My routine is all screwed up. i have no control over it. (my wife is always wound up towards the girls and it gets old.) It will get better for about a month, then its all screwed up again.
Thanks Hobo, We have A/C this year and its running daily. Too much going on around here and in the world in general. Like I said to PP my routine is all screwed up.

I could say so much too, but why bother. Like I said to Vicki not much to be happy about. My depression is kicking my ass...
