Big temperature changes are coming.
Highs will be in the 30s Wednesday and Thursday, but a cold front will drop highs into the upper teens Friday. Another rebound into the 30s for the weekend, before a very strong cold front comes early next week. Highs by Tuesday may only be in the single digits!
First the snow, now the cold air. We already are planning on stocking up on food Saturday. Its our monthly shopping run. None too soon
Its time for the old family joke...Move back to MN(from Fla) she said (wife), it well be nice to be back to four seasons, back home near family...LOL We tease my wife every time its get cold. We moved back home for many reasons.

It's 5° here at 12:44 hrs. Reasonable for here, I say. Our "normal" high in early December is around 25°. We'll be there again in a day or two when the round of snowstorms blow in.
Temps of -14 with wind chill of -25 winter is here, next week. Time to do the spring training count down. Starts in Feb.
Cold is OK and you can live with it, but when the snow is blowing at hurricane speeds that's when it is miserable and dangerous outside.
Stock-up and enjoy the family
oh we have stocked up and getting the house ready for the bitter cold. I have been checking up on our supplies. I have 3 cans of coffee at the ready, Double checked out fresh meats today. If it snowed deep today we are good for at lest 3 or 4 days. Good but not the greatest stock pile...IMHO
