Winter--the gift that keeps on giving.
This February anyway...Interstate 90 in Southern MN is closed already. It closes so often MNDOT has installed large gates at the on ramps to keep folks off the road. I 90 closes once or twice every winter. Its flat area so the blowing drifting gets real bad
And we both moved back to Minnesota from warmer states because?
Its like trying to figure out how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop....We may never know..I have moved away from MN twice in my life and returned back home after 6 or 7 years. Why?? because its home
